You’ll go to day 31. If they both

want to look at day 32. If 3 occurred 3

You keep moving to the next day until
you come to a day that they don’t occur
the same number of times. Whatever number
occurs the least once the tie is broken
becomes your star number.

Again, the star number is the number
that has occurred the least number of
times in the previous 30 days. If there
is a tie, then you have to keep
proceeding to the next day until a tie
between the numbers no longer exists.
