Your probably right on your scratcher program but you know
what Ive been playing the lotto sense its conseption and never won the big one allot of small ones but no big pay off yet, ive been playin g scratches with the white strips
and you do win but not money just another chance for free the same goes for the 10x scratcher bought tons of these and only won small amount of cash in the 100$ region and thats not great, i’m still trying but maybe someday if I keep trying.
