Star Number – all of the combinations that
could be winners will be based on this one
number and it will be based on what has
been hot or cold over a period of 30 days.

Let’s say that the hottest number in the
last 30 days was the number 8. Based on
the “frequency theory”, 8 will be your
star number and you will find all the
possible “single combo” combinations that
would include 8 in the pick 3 or pick 4
numbers.

Single combo numbers are combinations of
numbers for the pick 3 or the pick 4
lottery numbers where each of the digits is
different than each other. The numbers
1-6-9, 2-6-1, 4-8-9 are all what would be
considered single combo numbers. Each of
the numbers is different than each other.

The Pick 4 game has single combo numbers
also. 1-3-5-7, 1-2-3-4, 2-5-6-7 are all
examples of single combo numbers that can
be used in the Pick 4 game.

Here are the other types of numbers. They
are the “double combos”, “triple combos”,
and “quad combos. We will visit
each type of combination.

Double combos – this is the number
combination that has two numbers that are
equal to each other. 1-2-2, 7-8-8,
1-1-6 are all examples of double combos.

Triple combos – this is the number
combination that has three digits that
are equal to each other. 4-4-4, 3-3-3,
2-2-2 for the Pick 3 game and 3-3-3-0,
2-2-2-4 are examples for the Pick 4 game.
There are three numbers that are equal to
each other.

Quad combos – this combination is not
available in the Pick 3 game, but it is
in the Pick 4 game. Again, you have 4
numbers that are equal to each other such
as, 4-4-4-4, 2-2-2-2.

Statistically, what are the best
combination of numbers to pick from? The
quad combos do occur but only about 1% of
the time. The chances of these types of
numbers appearing are very unlikely.

The triple and the double combos again do
not occur very often and the percentage
of them appearing is very low.

For the Pick 3 game, the percentage of
winning combination is over 60% for the
single combo combination. For the Pick 4
game, the percentage of winning combination
is over 50% for the single combo
combination.

What does this tell you as a lottery
player? If you are going to play the Pick
3 game and would like to improve your
chances of winning, then you need to make
sure that the combination of numbers that
you select will be a single combo
combination.

To be an effective winner in the Pick 4
game, again you want to make sure that the
number you select or choose to play is a
