There are some completely researched, proven, and tested
rules that will help you to effectively pick your lottery
numbers. As you look at these, remember that these are
general rules and as you work with them, you may come across
an exception from time to time. Incorporating these rules
when you choose your lottery numbers will increase your
chances of being a big winner.

Rule #1 – Frequency Rule

This rules says that the most frequently used numbers, (you
will call this the hot numbers) will have a better chance of
hitting in the future drawings than the least frequently
used numbers (you will call this the cold numbers). The
frequency rule will be very effective for you as you select
the most likely numbers to hit.

Rule #2 – Law of Averages Rule

This law says that the cold numbers will most likely hit in
the future drawings. Through research that has been done on
the hot and cold numbers, both types of numbers show that
they are the most likely numbers that may hit in future
drawings.

Rule #3 – Odds/Even Rule

This rule says that there is a combination of odd and even
numbers in a lottery combination. It is very rare to have
all odd or even numbers. Following this will give you the
best possible chance of being a big winner. Big winners have
been shown to have an even match of even and odd numbers.

Rule #4 – Number Group Rule

Numbers fall into various categories. The categories fall
into number categories like, 1-9, 10-19, 20-29, etc. In
close to 70% of the cases, the winning numbers have been
numbers from different number groups or categories. As you
are working on picking your numbers, make sure that they
come from some different number categories. A good idea is
to pick one from each category

Rule #5 – Winning Range Rule

The winning sum is always calculated by adding the total sum
of your 6 selected numbers. Research has shown that 70% of
lottery winners have a winning sum. If the winning sum is
within the winning range, you will improve you chances of
hitting the big one.

Now that you have learned what the rules are,
see how you can use these rules to give you the winning
edge at the lottery game.

I am CHANGING MY NAME to ACE LEE

Hi

The reason why I am changing my name to
Ace Lee is as an internet entrepreneur
who in the “lottery” field as well as in the
“internet marketing” field, I don’t want
BOTH of the customers to get confused with
each market.

In addition, my family is now selling the
convenience store and I am now a full time
internet marketer (former lottery retailer)
who will have more time for courses in BOTH
lotto and internet marketing field.

I just don’t want BOTH customer bases to be
confused with each other.

That doesn’t mean I will stop the lottery
courses, newsletters, videos, etc.
You will STILL get newsletter tips, resources,
videos, etc.  THE ONLY CHANGE is the name.

AGAIN…I am STILL going to email you, create videos,
provide resources for the lottery.

THE ONLY CHANGE is my name being changed
to my pen name “Ace Lee”.

CHANGE TAKES 1-2 MONTHS:
…So over the next 1-2 months (or possibly more),
you will see my name change in newsletters,
website, blog, videos, etc.

The change can’t take place because there
are many websites to update and so forth.
So thanks for your patience.

YOU STILL GET MORE LOTTO TIPS:
…And YES! I will STILL provide continuous
tips and resources on succeeding in the lottery
because I am always in contact with many
lottery retailers, players, and experts.

Thanks for your understanding and thanks
for being a loyal newsletter reader.

Talk to you soon…

Ace Lee
